Advantage Plus Insurance is looking for an energetic and eager individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our agency partnership program. This individual will engage with the public and other professionals; have to be outgoing and willing to engage verbally with potential clients. Looking for an individual that has the ambition to grow and operate their own office within 2 years. As a part of our team, there will be assistance in developing your business leadership skills, insurance industry acumen, as well as sales and marketing techniques. Through development and mentoring this can lead the right person to a long-term, potential career with Advantage Plus Insurance.

Responsible to represent the agency in a courteous professional manner. Give insurance quotes for new and renewal policies. Write insurance policies for primarily Home and Auto.
