Job Summary

Responsible to represent the agency in a courteous professional manner. Give insurance quotes for new and renewal policies. Write insurance policies for primarily Home and Auto. Increase sales through fostering relationships with existing and potential referral partners. Assist with marketing to increase client base.

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
Prospect for new business via telephone, networking, referrals, and other lead sources
Support all company initiatives, give actionable feedback, share best practices and serve as advocate and information source for company.
A relationship builder who has the ability to maintain and develop ongoing networking relationships with outside entities
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers

Desired Skills:

Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, insurance, and/or other related fields
Strong skill set in marketing
Confident, self-starter who works well independently
Organizational skills, including record keeping
Must be awesome at opening doors, creating relationships from a cold start
Ability to learn quickly with minimal instructions
Driven and goal-oriented individual
Persuasive, verbal sales skills
Strong work ethics
Fluent in English and Spanish preferred, not required
